Hello, my name is Shannon Donaldson! I began my Insurance Agency powered by Liberty Mutual in October 2021.

Prior to launching my Liberty Mutual Agency, I interned in our Chicago office, thereafter, finishing my degree at Illinois State University, graduating in May of 2021 with a degree in Marketing and Sales. As a native of the Northwest Suburbs, I thoroughly enjoy the chance to begin my career here, furthering my ties with my suburban community, networking and partnering with local businesses and entrepreneurs, as well as helping families protect and feel confident about their insurance coverage for both their loved ones and their finest assets. My favorite part of the job is taking an educational approach, really learning what makes each of my client's tick, and how to customize their insurance to protect their unique, ever-changing needs.

Outside of work, you can find me spending time on the local hiking paths, biking, and staying active, spending quality time with loved ones, as well as adding to my collection of favorite coffee shops.
